      Superday Self introduction Read the discussion 1) The reading time is 15 minutes, the whole case is about 7-10 pages, pure English, the content is about a company that produces bar equipment needs to choose one of six suppliers for cooperation, and there are five questions. The same question, that is, whether a decision should be implemented in the case, but the AB group is opposed, A is to implement, B is not to implement. The students present will be divided into two groups A and B for discussion after drawing a question. The discussion time is 30 minutes, and the discussions are usually in Chinese. In the end, no one is right or wrong. The key depends on the ideas and the information found, which group is more persuasive. During the discussion, the discussion results must be recorded on the whiteboard and displayed during the Pre; 2) Generally, there are three interviewers, two senior managers and one partner, two senior managers each look at a group of people, and the partners may look at both sides together. It may also be two interviewers, a senior manager and a partner, the senior manager sees one group, and the partner sees one group; 3) After the discussion, groups A and B will take turns to perform Pre. Group B will ask them questions during the Pre of Group A, and Group A will ask them questions during the Pre of Group B. Pre, questions and answers are in English. Usually the interviewer will not ask any more questions, but it is difficult to guarantee which interviewer is in a bad mood and will ask questions at the points he does not like during the interview. He may designate one person to answer, or let anyone in the group get up to answer; 4) There are two possibilities after the group meeting is over. Either on-site mutual evaluation between candidates, the question is: who do you think is the best performer in the group today, how do you think your performance is, and what do you think your group needs to improve; or you may change this question into a questionnaire. , the questions are in English, and the answers are not limited in both Chinese and English.
