J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez PwC (Manille, ) en sept. 2021

      Entretien

I applied thru their job posting in Linkedin, then I received an email inviting me for an online exam. I had to reschedule because it was on my vaccination day. The HR recruiter was kind enough to reschedule. The online examination was a mix of English grammar questions and situational essay questions. After around 40 minutes, I received an email from the HR inviting me for an interview same day in the afternoon. The interview with the HR was about getting to know me and if I am fit for the position. The questions were about what's in my resume and some situational questions as well. The interviewer was kind and listens very well to what I say. I only had 1 interview, I wasn't invited to another one after that. The deliberation of my application took 3 weeks. The HR kept me updated in the first week, but after that, I did not receive an update so I thought I got rejected. But 3 weeks after my interview, I received a message from my recruiter extending me a job offer already and inviting me to discuss it over video call.

Immediately after submitting your application you will be invited to the first stage, an online assessment involving maths and logic problems, similar to other companies. About a month later I was notified of the second stage, an online virtual assessment centre. The VAC lasted about 4 hrs and has three parts: a group interview where we discuss a fictional consulting problem, an individual task writing a report based on given information, and a one-to-one interview that mainly focuses on your experience in the group session, along with some motivational/behavioural questions. The third stage is a one-to-one in-person partner interview. Before your interview they’ll invite you to a coaching call where they tell you some things that may come up and how to prepare. They’ll also give you some idea about how you did in the VAC and what you can improve. At the actual interview, the style really depends on your interviewer and it felt more like a coffee chat. Although my advice is to study some PwC values and your own motivation beforehand. The interview was nice and I was notified about my result in only about 3 weeks.

The process was well-structured and professional overall. It included behavioral questions, discussions about audit/accounting concepts, and questions focused on teamwork and problem-solving. Interviewers were friendly and made the conversation comfortable. The process was moderately challenging but fair, with clear communication throughout.
