The process was simple. A recruiter on campus encouraged me to apply online. I did and then got invited to a pre-interview dinner and the next day had two 30 min interviews with tax partners.

Three rounds, all behavioral. The first was with a recruiter focusing on background and interest in tax. The second was with a senior associate, diving deeper into experiences and teamwork. The final round was with a director, focused on fit, long-term goals, and situational questions.
