Be calm, be positive , be open minded and be honest. There was a process of telephone calling, one to one interview and then offer from employer. Moreover, there were short listed candidates selected from the overall applications received and then these candidates were called for the first round of interview and then there was another elimination round. At the second round of interview, the final candidates were selected and the offers were given to them.

L’ensemble des entretiens a été réalisé à distance, via Microsoft Teams, sans nécessité de se déplacer physiquement dans les locaux de l’entreprise. Chaque échange avait une durée d’environ 30 minutes, permettant d’aborder à la fois les aspects techniques du poste, l’adéquation avec l’équipe et la culture de l’entreprise, ainsi que les éléments plus administratifs et liés au parcours du candidat.
