Tuve dos entrevistas, ambas fueron muy amenas, quizas extensas de una hora de duración aproximadamente, pero ambas personas que me entrevistaron fueron muy predispuestas a la escucha y a que se de una charla.

The process started with a scheduled phone interview, which unfortunately began late without any acknowledgement. The conversation felt highly scripted and lacked warmth, and it appeared to be handled by an offshore team. Towards the end of the call, I advised that I would be overseas but still accessible via email for any follow-up. I was later contacted with additional questions, which I responded to promptly. However, after this, communication stopped completely. The follow-up questions themselves were unclear, as they either repeated points already covered in the initial interview or required me to restate my experience in writing. I followed up to seek an update but have not received a response. Overall, the lack of communication and closure left a negative impression of the process.
