J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez PwC en mars 2010
Entretien
The interview process was generally pleasant. The first round of interview consist of a behavioral interview on campus. People were pretty straight forward.
Advice for round one:
Be honest and be prepared. Behavioral interviews are highly predictable. Write down your experiences with leadership and teamwork so you can be prepared. Think about questions you want to know---but be thoughtful.
The second round interview starts with dinner with some of their senior associates in your practice where you can really ask questions about their day-to-day job and corporate culture. The next day, you meet with directors and a partner. This round is also behavioral. Throughout the day, you tour the office and go through various HR presentations.
Advice for round two:
* Go into your interview very prepared about the line of service you are interviewing for. There are technical questions. If you don't know what you're talking about, the partner will know.
* Really use the opportunity at dinner and lunch to get to know the associates. Every point of contact matters. Chances are, the partners are going to ask whether you are someone easy to work with and a good fit for the company. If you made it to round two, it's going to be more about whether people want to see you on a regular basis.
* Smile and be pleasant. If you are stressed to talk to people internal, how are you supposed to work with real clients? Show that you are having a good time.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
You have so many interests. How do we know if we invest money in your training, you wouldn't leave in a year?
Technical questions were not like other technical interviews. They give you answers as options to pick from instead of you coming up with and presenting your answer like you would normally

Strength based interview, approx. 30 mins. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, as were the entire Talent team. Walked through my CV, general "why us, why you, why this team" questions. Felt like they really wanted to get to know you and how you would fit into the culture.
Super straight forward, standard difficulty questions with a few requiring STAR structured responses. They also asked about my experiences both at uni and extracurricular. It was online for me and I had 2 interviewers.
