The interview had different phases. First a group interview, HR iphone interview, manager interview and partner interview. For the group part they want to see how you act with a group of people tackling a problem with little information, the key is to not be overly outspoken but also too shy you don't contribute. HR and partner interviews were quite straight forward just covering your CV. Manager questions were more analytical and difficult

La entrevista tuvo lugar de forma presencial, el personal estaba conformado por una persona de RRHH y dos personas que trabajan en el área de la oferta.
Muy nutritivo el ambiente, sin formación técnica.

Nivel de inglés
Unprofessionelles Gespräch, wurde an falschen Standort geschickt (1h Fahrtzeit). Keine Entschuldigung oder entgegenkommen. Viele unnötige Vorstellungsrunden. mit sich wiederholenden Fragen. Für die angeforderte Stelle (Werkstudent) wurde relativ viel Vorwissen benötigt, was schlussendlich sowieso on the job gelernt wird.

Fueron tres entrevistas, la primera con el de recursos humanos, la segunda con el manager de argentina y la tercera con el director del área de estados unidos. Las tres entrevistas fueron amenas, preguntas típicas sobre experiencia previa, motivaciones, etc. En las tres se tuvo que hablar en inglés, las primeras dos una parte de la entrevista fue en inglés y la que fue con el director fue completamente en inglés.
