Foster MBA recruiting consisted of 1st round interviews (which consisted of two 30 minute interviews with a senior consultant and a manager) on campus. Of those, 3 individuals were selected by the end of the day to move on to the final round interviews which were at the Seattle office that same week. Final round interviews consisted of three 30-minute interviews with 2 managers and a partner. We all knew they were only going to hire one individual for the summer internship. We were contacted within three business days.
