The main point was the assessment day, with a series of different challenges. You begin by filling up a numerical reasoning test. Then there is a business case to solve in Excel (related to valuation of a company based on prediction of EBITDA and competitors multipliers). Discussion of business case with a manager, with a small interview. Interview with manager about personal info. Group dynamic about decision making on a project.
First is the aptitude test and one-way interviews with behavioural 3-5 questions. Then an in person interview with the hiring manager and partner. Mostly behavioural questions with a few industry-relevant questions.

The process was engaging and smooth, with assessments that tested both my technical skills and ability to collaborate effectively. The case study really challenged me to think critically and creatively, and the interviewers were super friendly and insightful.
