On campus interview, HR first screened the resumes and cover letters, and then invited me on interviews. There were a pre-interview dinner in the evening before interviews, and several recruiting interviews after the first-round interview. Did not pass the office visit.

Online cognitive tests mostly aimed to test ability to think quickly and react or make intelligent decisions in limited time. You have an option to use the practice platform beforehand followed by on online Hirevue style virtual interview followed by a virtual Assessment Centre followed by an offer.

Breve chiamata con hr per presentare il profilo accademico e professionale e successivamente colloquio con il manager presentando un business case da ragionare insieme a lui, fatto per verificare il metodo di ragionamento.
Pretty simple mostly talked through my cv and asked me questions about how i would behave in different situations. Nothing really technical at all, which was surprising. Both partners were really friendly and they make the interview feel more like a conversation than a questionaire
