Need very good grades to get interview, but once you've gotten that far it's all about your personality! They look for at least B+ average and A average in core accounting courses. Once they have narrowed it down to the high performers in school, everyone is on a level playing field meaning it is all about who you are as a person.

It was just conversational for me, no tough questions. They just want to know you are someone they want to work with.
Online test and then in person interview. The online tests were faily standard. Interview process followed why pwc and why the role etc . They then asked if I wanted to ask them anything and I could tell that they were interested to see if I'd researched the role and company and had applicable questions.

My interview process was a total of 3 rounds. The first and last round was mostly behavioral questions, and the 2nd round had some casing aspects / scenario based prompts.

2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved
