There was a case study. You receive it a few days in advance and then you have 45 min to prepare. There is also a behavioral interview. The whole process takes like and hour but I spent about three hours preparing.

A time in your previous job where you found a difficulty and how you overcame it.
It was a video interview question where you would get at least a minute to answer a question. You would receive 6 questions which would be video questions. Also, you would get case studies and see how you would overcome a scenario.

There were a number of steps, initially the Online Application, this was followed by Career Valuation Test then I had a Career Unlocked Assessment followed by a Numerical Reasoning Test subsequently a Video Interview
