Online applications, and then they would reach out to you for the online assessment. The online assessment was more like a personality assessment. It took less than an hour and then they would email you for the virtual interview

Pretty simple mostly talked through my cv and asked me questions about how i would behave in different situations. Nothing really technical at all, which was surprising. Both partners were really friendly and they make the interview feel more like a conversation than a questionaire
