Step 1: Phone interview - HR (Behavioral type)
Step 2: Technical Assessment Test (SQL, SSIS, SSRS, VB.net)
Step 3: In person Interview - Its kind of mix of technical interview and personal. Explain about the previous work , projects type of technologies etc.
Comparatively easy to crack.
Technical Assessment Test will be bit tricky, but if you have enough experience on SQL, then you can crack it.

Entretien
There was a phone interview followed by an onsite interview . The interviewer asked basic SQL question in the phone interview. In the onsite interview was in two parts. First part was a SQL test and the second one was interacting with the hiring manager.

Entretien
The interview process was very straightforward and seamless. Be prepared to do a technical phone interview and a written test based on SQL. The written test is a bit tricky but they are looking for how the solve the problems.
