Very fair; initial screening interview with HR and preparation materials (YouTube video) and directions for in person interview with hiring manager. I have had several opportunities to interview at PointClickCare. I decided to stop pursuing a role because of fit. I have been invited to apply for some roles but I have lost confidence in the company and their selection process because I hadn't received a single offer.

Went through 3 very professional rounds of interviews. Initial call was with the recruiter who spoke about the company and the role I had applied for online. He was transparent about his confidence in my expertise and experience and said that he would be definitely calling back within the week to organize a second round. To speeden up the process, he got 2 levels of managers to interview me within a couple of days after speaking to him. Thereafter, a brief phone call to speak with 3rd level in the hierarchy chain and an offer was presented within 24 hours. They move quickly when they are confident about the candidate. Ability to work fast and make quick decisions, so as not to lose a potentially great candidate to any other organization. Overall very professional and time efficient process.
