The first touchpoint was an email requesting a telephone interview. The phone interview was set up relatively quickly and professionally (through an HR recruiter). The phone interview was about 30 minutes long and asked detailed questions about my resume, experience and how it pertained to the role. The recruiter gave me a heads up that due to the time of the year (year end), next steps wouldn't be for about a month. True to their word, in a month or so an in-person interview was scheduled. The first in-person interview involved the hiring manager and a peer level Project Manager. The second interview was scheduled 3 days after the first one, with the Director and another Manager for the group. Each of the in-person interviews took 1 hour each. It seems that once they're interested in you, they move pretty quickly (an offer was presented 24 hours after the second interview).
