I interviewed in Aug and got an offer in Oct. I signed the letter 2 days after and HR got back to work on logistics. 2 months later, HR called me that they have strategy shift and that they cannot apply for a visa for me, so they rescinded the offer. The investment team disappeared after the HR call. It was a very bad planning for the overall recruiting process and people should be careful for applying jobs in this company.
