Two rounds of interviews over a week, lots of behavioral questions. I was called at 9 pm a few days later and offered the job. I asked for a day to make sure I could make a long term commitment (finish an interview process with another company) and they immediately rescinded the offer and hired someone else. It was made clear in the interviews that they were looking for someone to make a multi-year commitment and I'm not sure how they expect someone to do that when they can't even give them a day to consider. Especially when the position starts part-time minimum wage.

Phone interview with basic screening questions. Then in store interview with store manager. My references were checked. I then had a final interview and then salon manager. It was a lot of steps for such an entry level position
