Meet with store manager to see if you qualify for background check/hiring process. Pretty easy, laid back conversation style interview 1 on 1 in person. Interviews over 1 day and with background check 3-5 days overall before you hear back.

Applied online, received text messages, then received a phone call to set up an in person interview, showed up 2 managers were present, asked a few questions, professional and personal like where I want to go, what other experiences I have, thoughts on other things, 2 days later I believe it was, I got a call offering me the job and giving me the start day
