One on one with the assistant manager. They really try to hire people who will bring something other than a "warm body" to the store. They're looking for a spark, and without a doubt you MUST love animals. All employees clean up animal feces and urine daily.

It was very forward and opening. I loved how she was patient with me and understanding. We had a lot in common with having dogs growing up and taking care of them properly.

Very easy. Interview was a breeze. Interviewer was very easy to talk to. Felt very comfortable during the whole process. I have nothing bad to say. Offered me a job on the spot

They did an initial phone screening which included a few basic questions then I met the person who did the phone screening then I met the store leaders before they offered me the job a few days later.
