they were very quick to call back and schedule a day, one initial interview with assistant manager, then main interview with general manager, then an offer was made the same day as the gm interview

Entretien
Interview process was casual, spoke directly to a manager/ supervisor. Only one interview was needed. The manager/ supervisor took me into their office for the initial interview. The process took about 30-45 minutes. Then a store walkthrough was done, so to familiarize the layout and products they carry at that location.

Entretien
When I first arrived the woman I spoke to was very polite and helpful. The interviewer himself was late for the interview and seemed to be in a rush. I was in there about 10 minutes and he kept checking his phone. He read everything straight off of a paper and didn't make eye contact or seem prepared.
