Applied online, took about 20 minutes. Got a phone call a few days later to set up an interview time. Showed up the scheduled time and got taken in the back for some basic questions. The store is too small to have a dedicated stocking team so I got offered some other full-time positions which I declined.

Process is very straightforward. Interview with management on location which then becomes an offer or not on site immediately after the interview. Will ask willingness to learn certain roles as well.
