I was asked to explain challenges and strengths, and personality working with others. I was informed about the company benefits and perks. It's very tough to get a job at this company unless you know an internal employee well. That matters more than your experience.

Good it was great to be apart of what everything was going on with their involvement and it all. They made me really feel like I was at home and that I could be a great employee here.
Easy interview. Standard managerial expectations. Opening and closing hours. Staff turnover is high. Managing continued new employees. High theft rate. But that seems to be the new standard these days.

Not difficult. Assistant manager and store manager interviewed. Regional manager finalized. Got hired the next day. Was hired for Pet Care manager. Was ok. Not bad. Continuing working. Fish, small animals.
