Applied online and it took about 3 weeks for them to contact me. Initially had a phone interview and immediately scheduled an in-person interview. I had two interviews, one with the assistant manager and then with the general manager. It was a very comfortable interviewing process.
Called me into the store and asked basic questions about what I'd be comfortable doing and hours that I would want to work. Very simple overall. Got a call back a few days later

Short and sweet. Offered job same or next day. Single interview and consisted of easy to answer questions and was with 2 managers, at the same time. Job was amazing! I only left due to a major car accident that caused a horrible back surgery.
