Short and sweet. Phone interview was scheduled, then an in-person interview was scheduled for the following Monday. Every group with which I interviewed (four total) was welcoming and professional. At the end of the last interview, the recruiter said I should hear something by the end of the week. End of the week came, and nothing, so I reached out to the recruiter. It took him four business days to respond; he said he would have an answer by the middle of the following week. Middle of the following week came, and nothing, so I reached out again. He responded within about an hour that they went with another candidate.
