Applied on their website (under corporate not retail positions)and got an email a few days later to schedule a phone interview. The interviewer called promptly at the scheduled time and lasted about 15 minutes. Went over the job description and asked a few questions about background and situational questions. Was then scheduled for an in person interview the next day. Was interview by 2 people but it was not intimidating they made me feel comfortable. They had a packet about 2-3 pages with around 6-10 questions. The questions were relatively easy. A few situational questions and questions about you. After this we went over the job description again and was asked to fill out an availability sheet with desired schedule and actual availability. After that they informed me it could be up 7 days before i heard back for the next step. I heard back 3 days later with an offer.

It was easy and pretty simple. Asked questions about your experience and stuff like that. They asked question about customer service as well. I do think it was a very nice relaxing interview.

The application process was simple and heard back within 2 weeks. I got an email from the HR lady of the corporate office to schedule a phone interview. It was simple to schedule but unfortunately was completely ghosted. They never even bothered to answer my email willing to reschedule. One can only imagine how they treat their employees!
