I applied online and got called in for an interview about 2 months later. The process was simple and pretty quick. I interviewed first with both the manager and assistant manager of the Pet Hotel. They were both very nice and asked simple and easy questions. Immediately following the interview, the pet hotel manager told me she liked me very much and wanted me to interview with the store manager right away, which I did. That interview went smoothly as well. He asked me some questions and scenario type questions. He also took me out into the store to act out a scenario with him to see my communication skills & the things I would say to a customer. He then told me he would give me call if they wanted to set up a last interview. I was called into my last interview a few days later. It was with another manager in a different department. He asked me basic questions and some about my personality. He talked about the job I wanted and then said they would like to hire me. We then went through more details about the job and my pay rate and then I was sent off to take my drug test.
