We believe that providing feedback over the phone is more respectful of the time you spent with us onsite and provides a more personal touch. We’re sorry you would’ve preferred our feedback via email. We double-checked and the response you received was in fact correct. We believe you were a good fit from a technical standpoint and in terms of culture, but the team felt the responses you provided were too general, lacked empathy and a personal approach to each customer.
