Solid interview from the introduction to the final decision interview. Had fun getting to know everyone at the office and in the team. They will try to make you comfortable during the interview so you could slip up on your answers though, which I respect as a strategy. Just make sure you stay focused and answer each question how you’ve practiced them. And always ask your recruiter for advice and help.

I had to take a moment to just commend Oxblue on it's tact, professionalism, and sensitivity throughout the entire interviewing process. First, I think it is important to note that I was interviewing during one of the toughest times in my life... my father passed away in the middle of my interviewing process. Rose in particular, went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with the process, checking to see if I needed more time, working to schedule me around travel in conjunction with the funeral and my existing work schedule. It genuinely made my decision to leave my employer at that time so much easier. I truly felt that she cared, beyond the job and the interview, just about my general welfare overall. This sentiment extended throughout the entire organization and interview process from being greeted by Deborah, and sitting through and extremely thorough interview process with George, Clay, and Chandler. A lot of effort goes into the selection process. They are interviewing for the long term... and if you are chosen to interview with this company, don't hesitate and prepare to be impressed. The hard work definitely pays off.
