Oracle has shifted their process to embrace a more streamlined approach, trying to save time that can add up with interview logistics. The core process was a 3-4 hour time block of individual sessions with a variety of people. It works very well.

Entretien
4 rounds, recruiter, regional manager. regional director, and then VP of sales as a final stamp of approval. Very collaborative and thorough process. Focused on how to build pipe, and to create a GTM strategy, and how to work through a cycle with challenges.

What would you do in the first 90 days.? Tell me about an opportunity where you had challenges with the buyer, what did you do? Discuss your wins/losses.
Long process, multiple interviews with varying levels of managers and engineers as well as colleagues, took almost 3 months for paperwork to be completed. Background check was required and references as well. No drug test. Must submit w2s.
