Worst interview process I went through all season! First I was supposed to be interviewing for a Product Manager role; the recruiter call went well, and was contacted to move on to the first round. I was promptly ghosted for 3 weeks by my recruiter and scheduling coordinator. 3 weeks later I was contacted by my recruiter that the product manager role had closed, and was asked if I was interested in the SWE role. I should’ve known from there not to reply, but I was desperate and said yes. Overall, this new recruiter was A LOT better than my last, but strangely would mostly only reply to my emails at 10pm at night. By this time I already had an offer but it was for a company on the East Coast and I didn’t feel like moving all the way across the country. In the end although I did well, my recruiter was not able to give me a team match within the time of my other offer. Tl;dr if you’re a new grad do NOT interview with Oracle unless it is with OCI
