I had three interviews, one with recruiting, one with the hiring manager and another one with a future colleague/manager position, with whom I was suppose to interact on a project basis. The recruiting person was amazing, selecting my resume and making a recommendation even the job profile was a bit not clear at the time, she was able to see the potential from my qualifications and experience and proposed me to the hiring manager at the time.
