Internal transfer starting with two manager interviews, followed by shadowing someone in the role for two hours, and ending with a technical presentation on an Oracle engineered database system.
2 key rounds of interview. By Hiring Manager, followed by Head of department. There could be more rounds of interviews by regional Head of sales which I am supporting. Overall, the process was smooth .

really spread out over time I had 4 interviews before I was ghosted. I interviewed with several incumbents as well as the hiring manager and the director in addition to HR
1 15 minute with recruiter. 1 30 minute with hiring manager. 1 30 minute demo on whatever software of your choosing. also went through a vet recruiter at the start
