First Oracle invited potential candidates to meet with Oracle employees and have conversations around Oracle and open roles. Then I was invited to a formal interview 2 days after. I was offered a job right after. The whole process was done within a week.

On your first day, how would you organize your clients?
Easy, three part, met with hiring manager and two similar level managers. They were doing a hiring blitz so it ended up being 3 sales managers interviewing the whole group and selecting their teams.

Several interviews with a presentation. Fairly straight forward.
Once you’ve met with key stakeholders you have to pass the background checks etc. this can take some time.

Interview process was very lengthy and not a lot of communication happened for many weeks. After three months of random back-and-forth, I was finally able to get an interview. Sadly, it wasn't a great fit for them, but it was a very long process.
