I had one phone interview with an internal recruiter, who then setup an in person interview with my director. After that interview, I was offered the position. The hiring process took about 4 weeks. They do a very thorough background check. One of my previous employers went out of business, and I needed to somehow prove that I actually worked there. They verify literally everything you put on your resume. So be truthful
