I had an interview screening with HR. I had two individuals from HR reach out to me and did not know who I was interviewing with at all. They tell you that you would be a good fit and that you will hear back, but receive nothing at all. Sent a follow up email and still no response. Spoke w/ two other people who received screening interviews and they were ghosted as well. Given the current market conditions, this is simply unprofessional and distasteful.

3 rounds of interview, the postion requires DC background and experiences to quick start the job since they have a new big site. The questions are more about behavial and the interviewers are friendly.
