The interview was via video and immediately I was put at ease. Pertinent questions were asked and I was given plenty of time to answer. I was able to ask questions of my interviewers which were professionally answered.

Once you apply, octopus send you a pre assessment.
Once that's complete, you receive a feedback sheet and then they will assess if you make it to the next stage or not.
Quite nerve racking as you have to video yourself answering questions, and being put on the spot you could mess up a few words like I did!
