The interview process had quite a few steps but none of them were unpleasant, in fact they were rather lovely! I felt valued and connected to the process throughout; having contact with one woman throughout the entire process, she was lovely and she gave me a lot of advice and support. It also included various tests and an assessment day. While this seemed rather daunting, everyone was lovely and the process was friendly and relaxed.
