Entretien
I had 4 different stages during my interview process over the course of 2 weeks.
The first was a 1:1 formal interview with Instant Impact to see whether I was a good candidate. The second was a numerical and verbal test taken online. The third stage was a discovery day with Octopus Energy, where we had 2 group activities and then a 1:1 interview before a Q&A with current employees to ask them questions. Then the last stage I had was a Final call, which was an interview to get to know me better before they offered me the job

I really enjoyed the interview process. It was very thorough, and the Discovery Day was excellent. Aasimah at Instant Impact was fab, and made me feel prepared and confident throughout.

Entretien
The interview process was long but enjoyable. I was first contacted by very helpful and kind lady named Naomi. Who would check in on me between each stage. I was sent maths and English tests before the next stage which was a discovery day and group interview process. After that was one last interview with the recruitment agent for the team you are applying for.

Entretien
A very thorough process, really centered around getting to know applicants on an individual basis, analysing how they would best fit in with the team.
First 1-1 interview.
Numerical and Literacy Reasoning Tests (more difficult than i originally expected - recommend practicing and going over Maths GCSE bitesize)
Then Discovery Day, where you interact with other applicants. Split into: Ice Breaker, Customer Service Questions / Scenarios, Research on Octopus (Partnerships, Social Media, etc), Q+A Session, Individual Interview.
If successful Final Call - discussing the role in further detail anything that was missed during the Discovery Day.
