Had a skype interview with a recruiter followed by some competency tests and an interview at their office. The office immediately gives off call center vibes, is hot sweaty and smells awful. I had to wait for 20 mins before being interviewed as well as being 15 mins early. I have had several roles which were customer based but apparently according to my feedback they thought i would not be considerate of the customers needs which is why i was rejected. They were not forthcoming in the interview it was extremely awkward and uncomfortable. Dodged a bullet thankfully.
