Initial call from head of recruitment. After a successful chat a video call was set up with the CEO of a business unit. A few days later I met via video with a global director. Head of recruitment set everything up and supported throughout. Excellent process. Simple informal conversations to find out about the person and what they bring rather than standard questions that don’t let personality come through.
