Two people interviewed me, both scientist (it was a PharmDev Internship), no HR involved. It was a mixed behavioural and technical interview. Good experience overall, the interviewers were chill and made me feel comfortable.

I really enjoyed the interview process. The interviewer were very friendly and welcoming. I had a great time discussing with them and the questions were pretty general and easy. I felt more like a conversation more than traditional interviews. At the end, I got an offer.
