It was a long process with systematic approach. There was dialogue with team and different scenarios and case studies. This makes the process of through review of associate analytical and leadership skills. It was very experience to have an understanding of the associate to have proper feedback from the panel. The overall process is well designed and through follow up with HR with all necessary support.

They contacted me asking if I am aware that the salary in Italy compared to Switzerland. When I replied of course, what would be the range you propose for the position, they ignored me completely

Preliminary selection is done by HR and Skype interview. Few days later an invitation from the same HR representative to schedule the 1:1 Skype interviews with 3 managers responsible for the position
