The assessment process comprised of the following:
· Aptitude Test(This was an eliminator rounds.Questions were from probability,venn diagrams,reasonings,probelems on dice,relationships & arrangements)
· Excel based Case Study(It consisted of 2 parts-Qualitative(where you will be asked questions like find the KPIs and it will test your Business Decision Taking ability. Quantitative-Questions on analyzing a datasets and finding the relevant information like maximus profit,minimum sales etc)
· Technical / Functional Interview(
· Management Review
· HR Interview

I had 2 interviews, they asked me about my values and what should i be doing in certain scenarios and had to write two very easy codes.
2nd interview was the hr round she asked me if i will be cofortable joining in a different location, what are my plans for future, how do i tackle ant situtation that i come across in my day to day work.

Entretien
The interview process at Novartis was concise yet highly engaging. After networking with a member of the team, I was invited to a single interview for the position I had applied for. The conversation was in-depth — the interviewer asked a series of thoughtful and challenging questions to assess both my strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. The discussion felt more like a collaborative exchange of ideas than a traditional Q&A, and shortly after, I received an offer for the position.
