I replied to an email about HIV research that was sent through my undergraduate department looking for interns. I interviewed with three different ppl for about 15 minutes. We went through my resume in detail. I did not have much molecular biology experience (working/classes) so they went another way.

3 rounds, all behavioral. A lot of it seemed very repetitive as I was being asked a lot of the same questions by different people. They have extremely long wait times and response times between interviews.
two rounds of interview, first with a postdoc and then with the team. Questions on single cell biology sequencing and analyes, and how would I approach it. Also basic statistics questions, and some on your past relevant projects
