HR will call you after receiving your resume, best way to go through employee reference, one this about this company is every body know everybody in office, getting good reference also important, 1st they have written test very common, same paper used for many years, then you might have 1 or 2 interviews.
they might also ask you about the observations made about the working culture while you were waiting, no problem as such if you know your subject, they interview to select not to reject
A recruiter started with a quick phone chat to get to know ,e better. Asked about my background, experience, and why I'm interested in the role. Got a few behavioral questions to see if my values aligned with Nielsen’s culture.

An interview followed by an in person case study. The process was fairly straight forward but the case is not easy if you are not an analytical person to begin with.
