The interview process started with screening interview, which took place through the phone, followed by in-person interviews. The way interviewers interact makes me feel comfortable during the interview. Overall, it was a great experience.

Started off with the written assessment (was given an hour to complete it) followed by a face to face interview with the Client Service Managers. It was a rather chilled interview where the interviewers asked some basic interview questions.

There are two sets of interview: the first interview is with the HR Manager then the second one is a panel interview with different hiring managers. All interviews are usually processed in just one day.

Initial interview by a HR consultant. 24 hours before my interview he sent me a case study to analyze. Thereafter I had a panel interview with 6 members where I had to present my findings from the case study.
