I had a pre-interview night and then went to the interview. I was with an older man, who never really cracked a smile, even though i tried. He asked me normal behavioral questions, and then gave me a situation and asked what data questions I would ask to find a solution. Overall, not bad but not nicest interviewer.

I had a total of 5 interviews. The first 3 were over the phone, the 4th was in person with several individuals, and the 5th was over the phone with a senior member.
I really enjoyed the interview process at Nielsen. I actually felt like the people I interviewed with wanted to get to KNOW ME as a person and not just my resume. They were very informative about the department and direction of the company. Unfortunately, I did not receive an offer even though I really wanted to.
The only complaint I have is that I had to take several days off work as I was not able to step away at work to do my interviews. I wish they could've told me BEFORE the 5th interview that they were not going to move forward with me because I was left with only a couple days to use for interviews. The person in the 5th interview specifically told me they were not the decision maker and just wanted to interview me. So I felt that 5 interviews was not necessary.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Just typically questions that were specific to my past roles, asked why Nielsen, asked about my future goals. Nothing out of the ordinary. Very conversational and not scripted.

I let my school know I was interested. Then I applied online and sent my resume and cover letter to an employee. I got a call and answered a few very basic questions not even behavioral questions just about me. The call lasted 15-20 minutes. A few hours later i got an email that said I got the job.
