Resume/CV, analytical test, interview (case interview). Applied through my university. Receiver an offer several weeks later with a specified practice area and office location. The interview itself had a wide array of questions ranging from businesses cases to logic cases. Also some more personality geared questions. The exam before the interview was times and math oriented.

One on-campus interview, applied through university career site. Asked conventional behavioral questions centered around past experiences - going out of your comfort zone and how you reacted. Finished with 2 analytical case questions about marketing. Everyone I met from the info sessions to the interview was extremely friendly, energetic and made the interview process comfortable.
