A complete waste of time. I had two interviews, one with HR and the other with a team leader which I found rather unprofessional to be honest. All went well and the next stage required a 3-legged task that they set to complete over Christmas, which would be assessed during a final interview ... I spent hours on this task. The HR manager initially ignored my email (to which my work was attached) for a week and then said he'd be in touch tomorrow. Another week goes by at which point I receive an automated email with no feedback saying they are not progressing with my application. Complete disrespect for the candidate and their time. Not even an appealing role/company just got a bit desperate. Wouldn't recommend applying for this company.
